Full Service Law Firm

Your one step solution for business & legal matters

SA Law advocates and Legal Consultants advises individuals, businesses and institutions on the legal matters that carry real weight, from everyday commercial contracts to disputes before the Supreme Court and High Courts.

About Us

SA Law Advocates and Legal Consultants is a full-service law firm advising individuals, businesses and institutions on their most consequential legal matters. We are guided in everything we do by the standards of professional conduct set out in the Bar Council of India Rules, and by a simple idea: legal advice is only useful if the client can actually act on it.

Our Firm

Our practice spans corporate advisory, commercial transactions, civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency, criminal defence, intellectual property and family law. Rather than treating each of these as a separate silo, we try to see a client's situation the way the client experiences it: a business decision that carries legal risk, a dispute that started as a commercial disagreement, a contract that needs to work in practice and not just on paper. That connected view of a matter, from the commercial side through to the courtroom if it comes to that, shapes how we advise.

SA Law Advocates and Legal Consultants was founded in January 2026, when Managing Partner Ankit Sharma and Founding Partner Sunidhi Sharma brought their two independent practices together: his in litigation and criminal defence, hers in corporate and startup advisory. That combination, a courtroom view and a boardroom view under one roof, shapes how the firm is set up and how it advises clients today.

Vision

To be a law firm that clients turn to not only once something has gone wrong, but earlier, while a decision is still being made and good advice can prevent the problem altogether.

Mission

To give every client, whether an individual, a growing business or an established institution, legal advice that is accurate, delivered on time, and expressed in terms they can actually use to make a decision.

Our Practice Areas

Corporate and Commercial Advisory

We help founders, promoters and management teams get their business structuring, governance and compliance right from the outset, and support them through due diligence, risk assessment, expansion and restructuring as the business grows.

Commercial Contracts and Transactions

Our team drafts, reviews and negotiates the agreements that hold a business relationship together, including shareholder agreements, joint venture arrangements, and vendor and service contracts, with an eye on how those agreements would hold up if they were ever tested.

Litigation and Dispute Resolution

We represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts and other courts and tribunals in commercial, civil and recovery matters, and advise on real estate disputes with close attention to procedure and commercial priorities.

Arbitration and Insolvency

We act for clients in institutional and ad hoc arbitration, from drafting the arbitration clause through to enforcing the award, and advise on insolvency matters, creditor rights, recovery and restructuring.

White Collar Crime and Criminal Defence

We defend individuals and businesses in white collar crime matters and criminal proceedings, from the early stages of an investigation through to trial and appeal.

Intellectual Property and Family Matters

We advise on disputes relating to trademarks, copyrights and other IP rights, and separately, on family and matrimonial matters including divorce, maintenance and custody, handled with the discretion these matters deserve.

Paralegal and Litigation Support for Law Firms

also support other law firms, including firms outside India, with legal research, documentation, and litigation and arbitration related support work. (This offering is described further on the Paralegal Services page, and its exact scope should be confirmed with the firm before publishing.)

Our Partners

Sunidhi Sharma, Founding Partner

Sunidhi Sharma is a Founding Partner at SA Law Advocates and Legal Consultants, co-founding the firm alongside Ankit Sharma in January 2026. She is a corporate and startup lawyer, advising founders on company formation, investment documentation, ESOPs, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance, and her practice is where most of the firm’s startup and growth-stage business advisory work sits.

Before founding SA Law, she practiced independently as an advocate for just over three years, representing clients before the Delhi High Court, the Gauhati High Court, and District and Sessions Courts across Delhi, with a practice covering criminal law, civil law and land title disputes. Earlier still, she worked as a judicial law intern, assisting High Court justices with research and analysis on constitutional, civil and criminal matters.

That background means her current corporate and startup advisory work is backed by real courtroom experience, not just transactional knowledge, which tends to show in how she structures agreements and advises founders on risk.

Her areas of focus include company incorporation, founder arrangements and cap table structuring, investment documentation, ESOP implementation, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance for startups and growth-stage businesses.

Ankit Sharma, Managing Partner

Ankit Sharma is the Managing Partner at SA Law Advocates and Legal Consultants, based in Delhi NCR. He co-founded the firm in January 2026, bringing his own litigation practice together with Sunidhi Sharma’s corporate and startup advisory practice under one roof, so clients now have transactional and courtroom experience within a single team.

Before that, he spent close to thirteen years building an independent criminal defence and matrimonial law practice from the ground up, starting with no existing client base or firm backing behind him. That background shows in how he approaches matters now: whether it’s a corporate contract or a courtroom dispute, he tends to think a few steps ahead about how it would actually hold up if it were tested.

His current practice at SA Law combines corporate advisory, contract drafting, commercial transactions and dispute resolution, letting clients address legal issues at different stages of a business relationship without needing to move between different lawyers or firms. His areas of focus include corporate law, contract drafting, commercial litigation, RERA and consumer disputes including matters before the NCDRC and HRERA, white collar criminal defence, and family and matrimonial law including divorce.

He works directly with founders, promoters, business owners and management teams on business expansion, contractual negotiations, strategic transactions and commercial disputes, with advice generally focused on legal enforceability, commercial practicality and long-term risk management, rather than legal analysis for its own sake.
